If you are ready to break this cycle, know that there is a way out from your pain.  In one on one sessions, I help you see the causes and patterns influencing your life, and give you written, visual and action oriented exercises to make healthy changes.  Like me, you can release old patterns of settling for such things as struggle and heartache.  You will gain the confidence and insights needed for making better decisions to live with more peace, ease and freedom.
